Soft and Clean Hands/Foots can do any thing....Don't believe?????Just Try....

   Hands Care

Your hands will be in focus every day. Everybody wants to look great and comfortable during hand shake. Of course you want your hands and nails to be perfect. If you are a nail-biter, now is the perfect time to stop that bad habit.

Apply hand cream to prevent dry, cracking skin. The softer your hands are, the more resistant they will be against weather and wind. Nail and hairs consist of dead skin cells that grow from the skin. The keratin ties the cells together. A nail grows approximately ½ centimeters per month. Start getting weekly manicures about three months before your wedding day, to get your hands in top form.
  • Your nails should be treated carefully. Steel files or other sharp objects may not be used. When you file, start at one edge and move across the top in one fluid motion.
  • Apply a base coat to each nail. Then paint two coats of the nail colour.
  • Remember to use gloves then you do the dishes or wash up. Washing detergents are not good for your hands and nails.
  • Nail polish protects the nail and makes it stronger.
  • Protect your nails and do not use them as tools. Use the end of a pencil to dial the phone.
  • Manicure

  • Remove old polish with nail polish remover and cotton
  • File the nails carefully
  • Apply hand cream to your hands and nails
  • Dry your hands carefully with a clean towel
  • Apply the base coat to each nail
  • Paint two coats of nail colour
  • When the polish has dried, apply a top coat

French manicure

French manicure is very beautiful, if you want an unpainted look. Paint the tip of the nail with white nail polish. Then paint coats of a pink or beige colour over the whole nail. Practice a couple of times to get better and better results.

Decorated nails
To decorate one or more nails with beads, rhinestones, etc can be gorgeous.
Use the same nail polish for both your finger- and toenail.

   Pedicure

The feet are unfortunately a part of our body we often forget. Give your feet 15 minutes care per week, and your feet will become soft and smooth. In rotine life we walk bare footed which extemly damage our foots, so we should care of our feet, because it just put our personality on ZeRO.
Fill a bowl with warm water and add a special footbath product to soften skin. Immerse your feet for at least ten minutes. Scrub your feet with a pumice-stone and use an exfoliating lotion. Dry your feet with a clean towel. Pay careful attention between the toes. Then apply a moisturizing foot cream and put on a pair of socks to let the lotion absorb.

A Tip: Lemon makes your feet soft, and is a good help against crevices and bacteria between the toes.
  • Use a scrubbing cream and then rinse it off with water.
  • Cut the toe nails straight across. Remember not to cut the nails too short, as they function as a protection for the toe.
  • Apply a base coat and then two coats of nail colour. At last you apply the topcoat.
  • Foot massage is wonderful. Perhaps your partner can give you one?

Take care of your feet:
  • The will carry you approximately 10.000 kilometres during your lifetime.
  • High heeled and thin soles in tight material is torture for your feet
  • Feet are very delicate with more than 70.000 nerve threads
  • Vitamins A, B and D are good for the toenails
  • Let your feet breath at least one hour a day.
